Home Credit launches projects to improve consumer services’ quality

Home Credit officially introduced three new projects namely Customer Charter, Customer Acknowledgement letter and Cool-off program, aiming to improve customer services’ quality.

(HCMC, July 9, 2014), Home Credit officially introduced three new projects namely Customer Charter, Customer Acknowledgement letter and Cool-off program, aiming to improve customer services’ quality.

These projects are part of Home Credit’s commitment to long-term, responsible investment in Vietnam, aiming to maximize the transparency and minimize complaints from customers.
