If client has bank account at Vietcombank, client can register Dicret Debit to pay automatically for Homecredit.
To register Direct Debit service, Client needs to show Identification Card and bank account with Home Credit staff..
Within 24 hour to 48 hour (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holiday) from the time client paid to Home Credit's account, HomeCredit will receive that payment (only if all payment information is exactly).
Penalty fee is specified on loan contract according to type of loan contract and late dates. Any late cases will be applied late penalty accordingly.
II/ ABOUT LOAN CONTRACT

Client prepares Indentity Card and Family book (main and copy) or Identity Card and Diving license original and copy (with credit amount within 10 million) and contact Home Credit's staff for guiding to make application.

After the customer signed contract with Home Credit, contract will be sent by post to the address provided customers on contract within 2 weeks .

III/ OTHER QUESTION
Home Credit will proceed to send the Certificate of Motorbike Registration to registered contact address within 1 day from the date Home Credit received full payment from customer. After 7-10 days if the customer has not received Certificate of Motorbike Registration, please contact 028 39 247 247 for further support. Please contact Home Credit hotline (028 38 999 666 press 0 ) to update address of receiving Certificate of Motorbike Registration before making payment if you required.
After customer paid full amount to the Home Credit , please contact Home Credit hotline (028 38 999 666 press 0 ) to inform that customer would like to receive Certificate of Motorbike Registration is at shop, then bring his/ her identity card and contract to the shop where customers bought Motorbike with the Home Credit's staff.
Within 7-10 days customer will come back shop to get Certificate of Motorbike Registration.
4 weeks from the date Customer get license plates , customer can contact shop where customer purchased the motobike to receive notarized Certificate of Motorbike Registration.
Customer please bring Identity card , a written Motobike capture ceriticate from police to Home Credit staff at shop where customer purchased the motorbike for assistance..
After the contract completed -Home Credit will sent back to the customer Certificate of Motorbike Registration. In case Customer's relative would like to receive on behalf of customers , relative please submits the following documents :
+ Identity card
+ Power of attorney by customer certified by local government.

Relative of customer can provide these documents to Home Credit staff at shop ( applied to the case of Certificate of Motorbike Registration was sent to shop) Or present to the postman (for the case of Certificate of Motorbikes Registration is sent to the address registered on the contract ) ..
Within 48 hours ( excluding Saturdays and Sundays ) our customer service staff will contact customer. If after the above time, client did not receive feedback from the Home Credit , customer please contacts Home Credit hotline (028 38 999 666 press 0 ) for further support..
During loan period , if customer paid late , late information will be displayed on the Credit information System of the State Bank . Time to remove that information is subject to the State Bank of Vietnam , Home Credit cannot intervene to remove this information . However, Home Credit will support customer to confirm that customer cleared all the Home Credit debt if required.
