JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Data-mining and/or software developing
  • Cooperate on development on internal system tools
  • Cooperate on development of internal web-based document management system
  • Create application documentation
  • Create IT specifications
  • Provide supports during testing and deployment of system changes
  • Responsible for setup, maintaining and upgrading generic applications such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Participation on IT and business projects
  • Cooperate with other department.
  • Review/Suggestion& problem solving with issue relate to data and data flows.
  • Managing project and project resource management
  • Project planning and managing project status

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience as Software development and Data mining
  • Expert at programming languages: .NET (C#.NET or VB.NET), VBA (not a must), Android and Xcode
  • 3 year full-time experience with database management system (DBMS) in MS SQL Server 2005 and later, Oracle 11g+
  • Experience with enterprise class software deployment, antivirus solutions

QUALITY CONTROLLER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitors overall quality of implement process in CCC
  • Improves the control mechanisms – automatization of various reports
  • Controls the work of Team Leaders if they follow the given rules
  • Listens to calls done by CCC Operators, evaluates the quality of the call and feedbacks to TLs/Supervisors
  • Responsible for minimazing the cheating of Operators
  • To identify the mistake or wrong process from operators and applies deductions if Code of Conduct is violated
  • Works with CCC Trainers to improve the training process and development of Operators

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • From Bachelor Degree
  • Working experience in customer service, Quality control required.
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.);
  • Good English.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Persuasion skills.
