JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand and apply our standard concept of Consumer Finance operations into local conditions;
  • Assist the National Training Manager in designing the Training materials or customizing the Global Training programs;
  • Develop the special training materials, Marketing training program if requested;
  • Conduct the training programs as planed and training events (if any) with highly productive and professional;
  • Conduct Consulting Project;
  • Travel provinces to conduct the training course;
  • Coordinate and provide input in a national training programs;
  • Provide on-going training support for employees through workshops and meetings;
  • Regularly collect feedback from departments to analyze the training needs and establishing training plan. Exercises initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials/ enquiries;
  • Analyze the competency gap of sales force to help Field Trainers (AMs) focus on the right training needs.
  • Plan the schedule of training programs and extra training schedule (internal and with external partners) based on company needs;
  • Evaluate and report for all training programs;
  • Manage training schedule and co-ordinate all internal trainers (from Development and HR department) and external training partners.
  • Other jobs to be assigned by Training Manager and/or Training Center Head

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in consumer finance industry and/or graduate university;
  • Excellent in public speaking and presentation skills;
  • Strong English skills (oral & written);
