JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To regularly get client data Team Leader or Management member
  • To make the telephone calls to clients given to introduce Home Credit Cash Loan product 
  • To answer the client’s queries and to handle their objections
  • To persuade and motivate clients to buy Home Credit products
  • Based on client’s agreement to buy, set up the appointment with them for SAs/VNPOSTs to visit and meet clients and complete application set of paper
  • To report Team Leader the appointments for her to assign to SAs/VNPOSTs
  • To record and to daily report Team Leader or Supervisor the call activities
  • To hit the daily, weekly, monthly targets agreed
  • Working time: Flexible shift work from 07:00 to 20:00

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • From Intermedidate school level
  • Working experience in Call Center  or Customer Service 
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.);
  • Telephone skill

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for processing credit approval/ rejection of Personal loans
  • Assess applicant's financial status, credit, etc. to make final decision
  • Keep up to meet the productivity and performance in the best
  • Share experience between Credit Officers
  • Act as a support and guide for the newcomers
  • Report all suspicious cases to Team Leader
  • Helping to improve  procedure
  • Analyze the fraud trend based on figures provided by Team Leader
  • Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Banking/Economics is preferred
  • Underwriting experience not mandatory but preferable
  • Working experience for over 2 years in financial field is preferred
