1. HR Contact Point

  • Act as a point of contact for respective department Heads/Managers for all HR issues and processes to ensure sufficient information flow

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in IT or related fields
  • Good knowledge about Support Model such as ITIL, GSPHD is advantage
  • Knowledge of CTI/Telephone infrastructure, routing strategies, inbound & outbound campaigns, outbound processes, SIP, OCS, VOIP…is advantage.
  • Be able to do multi tasks, set priorities, work under pressure and provide on job training

  • Main responsibilities are to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific CRM projects and processes. Work closely with people from other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
  • Plan the process/ project - Define the scope of the process/ project in collaboration with Head of CRM Lifecycle or with colleagues from CRM or TLS team or other teams
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc) required to complete the process/ project
  • Develop a schedule for process/ project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the process/ project schedule with other departments

Nhân Viên An Ninh Nội Bộ

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Quản trị, kiểm soát an ninh nội bộ, an toàn cho các tòa nhà, Trụ sở, khovà các văn phòng chi nhánh qua hệ thống camera an ninh của Công ty.
  • Cấp và thu hồi quyền ra/vào cửa các phòng ban, các khu vực trong Công ty; đảm bảo việc cấp quyền ra/vào cửa tương ứng với trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của mỗi nhânviên.
  • Theo dõi luồng người ra vào các phòng ban trong Công ty. Phát hiện và báo cáo những sự cố hoặc hiện tượng bất thường cho Trưởng Phòng An ninh Nội bộ và các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết.
  • Giám sát các nhà thầu có ký hợp đồng với Công ty (dịch vụ bảo vệ, vệ sinh, thi công…), đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên của nhà thầu thực hiện nhiệm vụ được giao / thi công ở đúng vị trí được chỉ định, đảm bảo nhà thầu cung cấp đầy đủ quân số theo hợp đồng khi được yêu cầu.
  • Phát hiện, lập biên bản vi phạm và xử lý theo chức năng đối với những trường hợp vi phạm các nội quy an toàn, an ninh trong Công ty trong thẩm quyền cho phép.
  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu hệ thống giám sát an ninh được lưu trữ và sử dụng đúng theo qui định của pháp luật.
  • Cung cấp dữ liệu của hệ thống giám sát an ninh cho công tác điềutra khi được yêu cầu.
  • Phát hiện, xử lý ngay các sự cố về hệ thống an ninh cửa ra/vào và hệ thống giám sát an ninh.
  • Đảm bảo các báo cáo liên quan đến vai trò kiểm soát an ninh, ra/vào các phòng ban của Công ty đầy đủ và chính xác. Điều này bao gồm (nhưng không bị giới hạn) đầu vào, quản lý dữ liệu và trích xuất các báo cáo, dữ liệuvề hệ thống an ninh bên dưới khi được yêu cầu:
    • Nhật ký kiểm soát thẻ ra/vào cửa…
    • Nhật ký kiểm soát luồng người ra vào các phòng ban, các tòa nhà, kho…
    • Nhật ký kiểm soát công nhân, nhân viên cung ứng vật tư hàng hóa ra vào Công ty, tòa nhà.
  • Kiểm soát và thông báo về bất cứ hành động, tai nạn hay thiết bị hỏng hóc nào mà có thể gây ra tai nạn và tổn thất đến nhân viên & tài sản của Công ty trong phạm vi công việc.
  • Lập kế hoạch phát triển hệ thống an ninh cửa ra/vào và hệ thống giám sát an ninh (hệ thống an ninh nội bộ) để phục vụ cho công việc.
  • Cập nhật / xây dựng hệ thống an ninh nội bộ mới để đáp ứng nhu cầu công việc.
  • Tham gia các khóa đào tạo được yêu cầu, các công việc khác do Lãnh đạo phòng phân công.
  • Nhận và chuyển tải các thông tin phản ánh từ các bộ phận trong Công ty.
  • Tham gia vào các cuộc giao ca của các nhà thầu an ninh, vệ sinh, thi công... khi được yêu cầu.
  • Quản lý hệ thống tủ & chìa khóa nội bộ của Công ty, đảm bảo chỉ những người có nhiệm vụ mới được sử dụng.
  • Khi được phân công làm ca hoặc đổi ca cho người khác thì phải chuyển giao / bàn giao đầy đủ các sổ ghi chép trên đây, chìa khoá, phương tiện làm việc v.v.
  • Quản lý chìa khoá các bộ phận, chìa khoá chính, ghi rõ số khoá đã bàn giao trong sổ trựcban khi được phân công.

  • Direct and/or collaborate with IT Testing Specialist to provide comprehensive test plans in accordance with existing requirements and document results
