1.  Execute / Manage multiple tasks with many different priority levels to ensure daily assignments and ad-hoc tasks to be done properly, sufficiently & accurately:

For Oracle (Primary): 

  • Designing, installing, configuring, administering, capacity planning, monitoring, backup and recovery, security related to Oracle DBMS in Linux/Unix (Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard).

For SQLServer (Preferred):

Mô tả công việc

  • Áp dụng các phương pháp quản lý dự án của tổ chức theo tiêu chuẩn của PMI - vào các hoạt động của dự án nhằm đảm bảo cho dự án được giao theo đúng tiêu chuẩn.
  • Trong cơ sở hàng ngày, tạo điều kiện cho nhóm dự án thực hiện việc quản lý và giám sát và kiểm soát (1) Hội nhập, (2) Phạm vi, (3) Lịch trình, (4) Chi phí, (5) Chất lượng, (6) Nhân lực, (7) Truyền thông, (8) Rủi ro, (9) Mua sắm, (10) Các bên liên quan - để có hiệu quả các mục tiêu của dự án đáp ứng được mong muốn.
  • Thường xuyên theo dõi tiến độ của dự án và thực hiện các cuộc trao đổi cần thiết, báo cáo với ban quản lý cấp cao và Ban danh mục dự án nếu có bất kỳ vấn đề tiềm ẩn và / hoặc rủi ro nào cho các mục tiêu của dự án - để thúc đẩy quá trình ra quyết định kịp thời
  • Thực hiện đúng các biện pháp kiểm soát thay đổi (và / hoặc quản lý) đối với bất kỳ thay đổi nào có liên quan đến bất kỳ phạm vi, tiến độ, chi phí và chất lượng của dự án - đảm bảo dự án sẽ không vượt qua ngân sách, hoàn thành trong phạm vi cam kết, đáp ứng được chất lượng dự kiến và tiến độ
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác và / hoặc các hoạt động được phân công bởi các giám đốc trực tiếp
  • Quản lý và chỉ đạo nhóm dự án - bao gồm cả những người từ các phòng ban / phòng ban khác nhau - để đạt được các mục tiêu mong muốn của các dự án được giao, đáp ứng được kỳ vọng về chi phí, phạm vi, tiến độ và chất lượng.
  • Phối hợp với các bên liên quan chủ chốt của dự án - thường là quản lý cấp cao trong toàn tổ chức nhằm giải quyết các thách thức của dự án một cách hiệu quả, đạt được sự hỗ trợ về quản lý; do đó cho phép thành công của dự án.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học về Khoa học Máy tính, Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh.
  • Thông thạo các phương pháp luận và thực tiễn quản lý dự án, ứng viên có khả năng nhận biết được trong quản lý dự án (ví dụ như Bằng khen của PMP hoặc tương đương).
  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý dự án / chương trình với thành tích đã được kiểm chứng trong các dự án phức tạp hàng đầu trong các ngành công nghiệp như tài chính, bảo hiểm hoặc ngân hàng.

 1. LOCAL APPS:
