Senior Security Investigator

  • Conducts independent investigations on accusation, suspected and actual fraud cases, including locating, confronting, interviewing and preparing investigation reports and prosecution letters to submit to police if necessary.

1.Education and skills:

  •  Intermediate school of Police at least. Advanced university degree in police, law or related disciplines is a plus.

  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu hệ thống kiểm soát an ninh được lưu trữ và sử dụng đúng theo qui định của pháp luật & nội quy của Công ty.
  • Giám sát các nhà thầu có ký hợp đồng với Công ty (dịch vụ bảo vệ, vệ sinh, thi công…) để dịch vụ được cung cấp có hiệu quả, đúng quy định theo thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng.
  • Tham gia vào các chương trình an ninh thích hợp của Công ty.
  • Phát hiện, xử lý ngay các sự cố về Hệ thống an ninh cửa ra/vào và Hệ thống giám sát an ninh. 
  • Lập kế hoạch tuần tra và kiểm tra các thiết bị máy móc, tài sản của Công ty để đảm bảo công tác an ninh, an toàn & an toàn PCCC.
  • Phát hiện, lập biên bản vi phạm và xử lý theo chức năng đối với những trường hợp vi phạm các nội quy an toàn, an ninh trong Công ty trong thẩm quyền cho phép.
  • Nhận, chuyển tải các thông tin phản ánh về các sự cố từ các bộ phận trong Công ty cho các bộ phận có liên quan và/hoặc kết hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan xử lý các sự cố.
  • Phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng cùng tiến hành điều tra khi có yêu cầu.

Mô tả công việc

  • Thông báo cho khách số phí /tiền cần đóng, thời hạn đóng tiền
  • Ghi chú nội dung trao đổi với khách hàng vào hệ thống.
  • Thực hiện đúng qui trinh thu phí của nhóm và các công việc được giao từ phía Trưởng nhóm.
  • Tổng kết và thực hiện việc báo cáo tình hình cuộc gọi vào cuối mỗi ngày cho Trưởng nhóm.
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Quận Tân Bình
  • Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca không cố định


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên (không nhận các bạn sinh viên còn đang đi học) 
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm: kinh doanh, bán hàng, tổng đài, tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng
  • Giọng nói rõ ràng, mạch lạc, không nói giọng vùng miền nặng
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục khách hành
  • Kỹ năng máy tính căn bản
  • Kiên trì, yêu thích công việc có chỉ tiêu, thưởng doanh số
  • Cẩn thận, trung thực, đáng tin cậy, có tính kỷ luật, chăm chỉ


Chế độ phúc lợi

  • Thu nhập = Lương cơ bản + thưởng thành tích không giới hạn + phụ cấp
  • Ứng viên trúng tuyển được tham gia các khóa huấn luyện nghiệp vụ của Công Ty
  • Làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, được đào tạo, thăng tiến theo năng lực
  • Chế độ phúc lợi: Bảo hiểm xã hội, Bảo hiểm y tế, Bảo hiểm thất nghiệp, Bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24
  • Chế độ phép năm: 15 ngày/năm.

Mô tả công việc

  • Thu tiền từ khách hàng đúng hẹn.
  • Nộp tiền về công ty theo đúng qui trình
  • Đến Bưu Điện hoặc Ngân hàng nhận tiền trả góp từ khách hàng.
  • Báo cáo cho Nhân viên Theo dõi thanh toán về các khoản tiền thu được.
  • Làm việc ngoài thị trường
  • Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông trở lên.
  • Có kinh nghiệm đi thị trường hoặc thu hồi nợ
  • Kỹ năng hành chính và báo cáo
  • Cẩn thận, trung thực, chịu khó, yêu thích công việc di chuyển, có thể đi công tác khi được yêu cầu
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán và nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng, thuyết phục khách hàng.

Mô tả công việc

  • Gọi điện thoại cho khách hàng theo danh sách công ty cung cấp để thẩm định thông tin khách hàng hoặc cảm ơn khách hàng đã sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty.
  • Hỗ trợ các nhóm khác trong nội bộ khi có nhu cầu
  • Những công việc khác được phân bởi quản lý
  • Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca không cố định


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp chuyên nghiệp trở lên
  • Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng là một lợi thế
  • Vi tính văn phòng
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng thương lượng. Giọng nói rõ ràng, thiện cảm, tránh giọng vùng miền
  • Kỹ năng phân tích/trình bày 
  • Kiên nhẫn, chịu được áp lực cao  
  • Kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm, thân thiện và thích ứng tốt với những thay đổi theo yêu cầu của công việc.

Mô tả công việc

  • Giới thiệu và thuyết phục dịch vụ cho vay tiêu dùng cá nhân
  • Hướng dẫn chuẩn bị hồ sơ và thông tin hợp đồng
  • Xác nhận thông tin khách hàng
  • Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng
  • Chuyển thông tin khách hàng cho bộ phận SAs/VNPOSTs làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để hoàn thành HĐ
  • Báo cáo công việc hàng ngày cho Trưởng nhóm
  • Đạt chỉ tiêu được đặt ra hàng ngày
  • Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca không cố định

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực: kinh doanh, bán hàng, tổng đài, tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng
