1. Payroll and SHUI

  • Supervise C&B Operation Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of:

GL Specialist

1.Daily work

  • Manage payable/ recievable account, make sure all accounting vouchers are properly recognized into Sun system.
  • Review and correct daily transactions to ensure all transactions recorded into Accounting system (Sun system) correctly and compliance with current regulations

Senior Security Investigator

  • Conducts independent investigations on accusation, suspected and actual fraud cases, including locating, confronting, interviewing and preparing investigation reports and prosecution letters to submit to police if necessary.

Internal Security Supervisor

  • Quản lý về mặt nhân sự đối với nhân viên và điều tra viên nội bộ, bao gồm việc đảm bảo các ca trực của An ninh Nội bộ được bố trí đầy đủ và hợp lý.

  • Chủ động tìm hiểu các thủ đoạn gian lận nội bộ hiện có và có thể xảy ra trong tương lai, từ đó tham mưu cho Trưởng Phòng An ninh / Trưởng Bộ phận An ninh Nội bộ các biện pháp phòng ngừa, xử lý thích hợp.
  • Nắm bắt các quy trình của các phòng ban trong Công ty từ đó nghiên cứu những lỗ hổng trong các quy trình, quy định và đưa đề xuất nhằm cải thiện các quy trình đó.

  • Nghiên cứu các hệ thống kiểm soát an ninh mới trên thị trường và thế giới, các hệ thống kiểm soát an ninh thích hợp để tham mưu cho Trưởng Bộ phận An ninh Nội bộ đề xuất áp dụng cho Công ty trong ngân sách cho phép.
  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu hệ thống kiểm soát an ninh được lưu trữ và sử dụng đúng theo qui định của pháp luật & nội quy của Công ty.
  • Giám sát các nhà thầu có ký hợp đồng với Công ty (dịch vụ bảo vệ, vệ sinh, thi công…) để dịch vụ được cung cấp có hiệu quả, đúng quy định theo thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng.
  • Tham gia vào các chương trình an ninh thích hợp của Công ty.
  • Phát hiện, xử lý ngay các sự cố về Hệ thống an ninh cửa ra/vào và Hệ thống giám sát an
  • ninh. 
  • Lập kế hoạch tuần tra và kiểm tra các thiết bị máy móc, tài sản của Công ty để đảm bảo
  • công tác an ninh, an toàn & an toàn PCCC.
  • Phát hiện, lập biên bản vi phạm và xử lý theo chức năng đối với những trường hợp vi
  • phạm các nội quy an toàn, an ninh trong Công ty trong thẩm quyền cho phép.
  • Nhận, chuyển tải các thông tin phản ánh về các sự cố từ các bộ phận trong Công ty cho
  • các bộ phận có liên quan và/hoặc kết hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan xử lý các sự cố.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To directly conduct all day-to-day compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines.  Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:
  • Preparation and review of internal procedures and policies;
  • Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
  • Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments; 
  • Management and archive of internal documents of the company;
  • Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;
  • Provision of compliance advice to other departments of the company; 
  • Support the business decision making from compliance perspective; 
  • Coordination with the State authorities and other departments of the company on all regulatory directives or requirements as well as on the feedbacks or responses of the Company to the State authorities on such directives or requirements; and
  • Support the senior compliance staff in preparation of compliance operation agenda;
  • To coordinate and support the operations of internal audit departments the company; and
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education and skills:
  • University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
  • Proficient typing and editing skill
  • Advanced Vietnamese – English translation skill
  • Practical experience:
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years relevant experience in compliance/audit work. Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
  • A strong knowledge of audit techniques and Vietnam regulations.
  • Language skills:
